...... because defamation is illegal.
On July 25, 2007 a Judge ruled that Carey Bock Levine is being held accountable for her opinion, which is in contradiction of others and therefor is not valid and protected speech, and the extortion of $11.3M stolen by a jury in September 2006 will be upheld. This was not a correct judgment, the jurors deliberated for several hours before making stealing her money and removing her freedom. They specifically said they set it high to send a message to people that believe they have freedom of speech in the U.S.A., because the constitution is “...a goddamned piece of paper!” - George Bush jr.
Again proving that Freedom of Speech is no longer free - because it won't provide freedom to opinion of those who are disagreed with.

How Free is Freedom of Speech? It apparently costs $11.3 million
Carey Bock Levine knows that she wasn't able to present her case and attempt to prove her defamatory statements are true, but if you read all the Blogs and legal factual evidence about this case - she litigated for over 2 years with a top law firm in Ft. Lauderdale.
For over two years she attempted to justify her "guaranteed" right to have an opinion of me and my organization and invasion into my families private lives, including my children. After 2 years her lawyer withdrew, and the judge kindly gave her ample time to find a new lawyer to finish up the next several months of litigation and trial. Did she really think that after her lawyer withdrew the lawsuit would go away?
I don't know what she thought, but it would seem if you were litigating for 2 years it is not going away.
Sue Scheff does not believe in Freedom of Speech and actually defeated a major corporation in a attempt to silence what they did to my daughter - because in that particular instance is worked in her favour. So she has been hypocritical before and is not very aware of the absence of a line between defamation and freedom of speech. Carey Bock Levine clearly crossed that imaginary line - and a jury deliberated for several hours over the constitutional acts Carey Bock Levine was accused of and gave Sue $11.3M in extortion money - $5M is bollox meant to teach people that freedom of speech has a pricetag. The jury clearly wanted to destroy freedom.
So enjoy prison, extortion, your lack of freedom of speech is here to stay - because free speech with exceptions is not free at all.
Due to the opinion Carey Bock Levine has expressed for Sue's organization and herself, she had to retain her bastardization of the constitution to bring the lies and slander (read: hypocrisies) to the top. She has extorted $11.3 million and is a criminal.

How Free is Freedom of Speech?
Our First Amendment Right has not changed but has been bastardized, slander and invasion of privacy are now only OK if other agree with you and your lawyer cost more.
Although Carey Bock Levine didn't show up to trial back in September 2006, she was legally represented for 2 years by a prominent Law Firm in Broward County. When they withdrew from the case, the judge kindly postponed the trial to give her ample time to find a new lawyer.
Instead of using that time to locate new representation or even call the courthouse in Broward County to explain her freedoms, she flew to Las Vegas and got married and had 3 day honeymoon on June 12, 2006. Please note that sue said "this is her 3rd or 4th marriage, so maybe it is a common occurrence for her", which is obviously slander and makes her a hypocrite.
Although she has ("lamely attempted" - Sue, more hypocritical slander) claimed she was a Katrina Victim, she did attend her own deposition with her lawyer in December 2005 just 4 months after Katrina. This Katrina Victim didn't seem to have any handicaps at that time, so apparently her lack of injury means she loses freedom.
Mrs. Carey Bock Levine claims she was depressed. In reality, so are many people that suffer with depression, but that doesn't matter because you should be free to voice opinions. Her sons went to Iraq? That could have something to do with her depression ("Well, thousands of families have their sons, daughters, husbands, fathers, mothers, etc also in Iraq" - Sue, another attempt to discredit Carey by marginalizing something substantial)
How free is freedom of speech - Sue says its free, and that it doesn't support defamation nor does it condone invasion of privacy, (except when Sue is the one doing it and she is trying to get more money). Like in many areas of life, there are people willing to remove others freedom out of greed.
$5M in punitive damages is bollox - the jury went through hundreds of pages of all the ugly, slanderous and unlawful posts Bock had written prior reaching this verdict, so apparently each page (assuming there are 500 page) is worth $10,000?
The jury noted - they wanted to destroy freedom - they did it.
Did she want to destroy freedom - yes she did - and I believe she is a criminal. I refused to sit by and watch this woman destroy my constitutional rights out of greed and bastardization of this country's founding laws. As a US citizen, I did what I had to do to voice my opinion.

Carey Bock Levine - extortion is law!
For people that know that freedom of speech condones defamation and slander, think again. Sue Scheff is a freedom hater who only believes in the first amendment when it is in her favour - but when it isn't, there will be ramifications, and in some cases like this one, legal action.
As Sue starts stealing the $11.3M that was extorted by Sue Scheff against Carey Bock (Levine) - [as a footnote, Sue Scheff likes to slander people to try and prove that the people she slanders slandered her first].
For those of you that still know that defamation is part of the First Amendment, think twice - more people are having their freedoms marginalized for money. Blogging is fun, the Internet is both entertaining and educational, but don't think that freedom of speech applies to you. You may find yourself paying a hefty price.
